Work with us
Nutrition counseling services for fed-up, burnt-out humans who want to stop stressing about food.
Because you deserve a life without constantly comparing your plate & body to other people’s – where you can eat (and actually enjoy!) food you like, and show up fully in your life, without food noise running the show.
Unfortunately, they were right:
what goes around does come around.Â
Who are “they”? We don’t know, but we kind of hate them for it.
If you’ve ever tried to “get control” over food only to find yourself back in the same cycle of rules, guilt, and starting over…you already know how hard it is to feel like you’re failing, and how easy it is to blame yourself – so please hear us when we say:
You are not the problem, and you are not *a* problem.
You were meant for more than counting calories, cutting out foods, and apologizing for your appetite:
Â
Whether you’re struggling to “stick to a plan,” caught up in a binge cycle, recovering from an eating disorder, or trying to navigate food with stomach pain & digestive issues:
We have nutrition counseling services for that, and we’re here to help you work with your body, brain, and life (instead of telling you to just “push through!”).
Oh, and the best part?
All of our nutrition counseling services are virtual, and available for residents of all 50 states –Â
So you don’t have to commute, find parking, or rearrange your entire day just to get support.
Trauma-Informed
The last thing you need while unpacking food and body stuff is more trauma – we meet you gently, with context and care.
Health At Every Size
Â
We believe your worth isn’t measured in pounds, inches, or jeans size. Health is for all bodies, and so is respect.
Science-Based, Always
Â
We stay rooted in real research and translate the nerdy details into actions and advice you’ll actually use.
Nutrition Counseling Services
We see you as more than a diagnosis – whether you have one, think you should, or are tired of being reduced to a label (we would never).
Here are (just some) of the conditions and concerns we can help you with:

Get Started“I’ve never felt more liberated.”
Â
"Abbey has changed my life. She helped me figure out the cause of my 12 years of food trauma, and that it wasn't all my fault. She helped me overcome my shame in food. She helped me with binge eating, body image, and so many things I'm not able to list them all. She helped me think about weight and weight loss in a whole new way, and I've never felt more liberated! After years of trying, she has helped me kickstart my health.”

Â
“In only 6 months I went from not being able to eat much without stomach issues, fearing any food would cause me stomach pain – to knowing my body better than ever.”
Â
“Abbey coached me through everything I was experiencing and helped me get to a point where I felt I could be curious about my diet instead of fearful. I would definitely recommend Abbey to anyone looking for nutritionist advice, and tell anyone I know to head to her for service. 11/10 would recommend."

“I’m no longer obsessing over everything that I’m eating.”
Â
"I cannot thank Abbey enough for how she has helped me change my life. When I started I was miserable due to such a toxic relationship with food and body image. I can now truthfully say that I am so much more present in life and in my relationships with others since I am no longer obsessing over everything that I’m eating and always self conscious of how I look!"
