Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
Yep! We’re currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare in Arizona, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington. We also accept some regional Washington plans (Premera, Lifewise, and Regence). Click here to check your insurance benefits.
If you live outside those states or want to use a different plan, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement, and we accept HSA/FSA cards. We also have a handy script you can use to call your insurance company and check coverage before booking.
What if I don’t have or want to use insurance?
You can still work with us! Many of our clients prefer private pay because it gives them more flexibility and privacy. We’ll talk through options during your discovery call so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes, we have a limited number of sliding scale rates available – please reach out for more info!
How often will we meet?
We know you hate this answer, but it really does depend – on your needs, your goals, and how the type and frequency of support that helps you get there. Most of our clients begin with weekly sessions, with some shifting to bi-weekly or monthly as they progress. We’ll work with you to create a plan that feels right all around.
