Who is this community for?
Anyone navigating food, body image, or recovery who wants support without the noise of social media. Some members are also in 1:1 nutrition counseling with us, while others join as their first step toward healing. Either way, you belong.
Do I still need 1:1 counseling if I join?
The community isn’t a replacement for individualized care. It’s a supplement; a place to share wins, struggles, and questions in between sessions, or to start building support if you’re not ready or able to begin 1:1 nutrition counseling.
What kind of topics do you cover?
Everything from intuitive eating and body image to digestion, hormones, and executive dysfunction around meals. Podcast episodes and coaching calls touch on things like “What to do when you don’t like a photo of yourself” or “Mindful eating tips with the munchies.”
What’s the vibe like inside?
Supportive, casual, and very human. No before/after photos, no diet talk, no triggering numbers. It’s like a collaborative, conversational version of the Fork Diet Culture IG feed.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yep! You can cancel any time with no fee, and we’re always here if you want to come back.
Is the community only for people with eating disorders?
Not at all. Some members are in recovery, some are unpacking long-term diet culture habits, and others are just looking for a space where food doesn’t feel so loaded. If diet talk has ever made you feel worse, you’ll fit right in.
