The Fork Diet Culture Team
Whether you’re thinking, “I want to feel good about food again!” or more “I just don’t want to feel like this again” – we’ve got an eating disorder dietitian for that.
We get you, because we are you.
We also just graze on cheese slices sometimes when the executive function leaves the chat. We’re giving up on keeping up with the latest social media wellness trends. We sure as hell aren’t here to police your food or your body. We’re real-ass people who happen to be eating disorder dietitians, and we want to help you stop feeling so frantic around food all the time.
The Fork Diet Culture RD Team

Hi! I’m Abbey Roberts, and I put granola bars on top of my office door so they hit me in the face and remind me to eat.
She/her | MS, RD, CD
“If it works, it works” is my motto – and as someone with late-diagnosed ADHD, believe me when I say that I’m here to help you find an approach to eating that works for your specific brain.
I’m the founder of Fork Diet Culture, the aggressively proud cat parent of Griff and Ralph, and the official face of the Fork Diet Culture Instagram – where you can find me fighting for my life (and yours!) in a sea of shitty “wellness” advice, because NO YOU SHOULD NOT drink raw milk (unless you love food poisoning) and SEED OILS ARE NOT GOING TO KILL YOU.
I’m endlessly proud of this team of eating disorder dietitians, of the work we get to do in dismantling diet culture with our clients, and of you for being here.
Hi! I’m Samantha, and I’m probably singing a little song about Doritos right now.
She/her | RD, CLC
Or a ballad about chicken nuggets, a one-woman opera about my kids putting on their shoes, or just the Friends theme song (I WILL be there for you!) –
Because besides providing nutrition counseling + lactation services from a place of empathy (and never judgment), my main talent is making a song out of ANYTHING.
My work centers around helping you feel safe, seen, and supported in your relationship with food and your body – and of course, keeping it fresh with the occasional offhand jingle.
Hey! I’m Angela – and this is my official campaign to re-classify eggs as a condiment.
She/her | RDN, SNS
There simply isn’t a food that isn’t made better with the addition of a fried egg on top, and I’ll die on this hill.
I’ll also die on the hill that you deserve nutrition care that affirms everything from your culture to your customs to your body itself. Whether I’m supporting you with food allergies + intolerances, disordered eating recovery, or finally breaking up with diets for good: I want to meet you where you are and help you figure out what works for you.
Hi, I’m Taryn – but you can call me “Line Luck Lady.”
She/her | MS, RDN
If there was an award for always choosing the fastest lane in the drive-thru, I wouldn’t just win it – it’d be named after me. (Unless it was sponsored by In-n-Out, which – I’m sorry, California – is incredibly mid. Runza forever.)
Beyond my expertise in fast food procurement, I’m also a pro at supporting folx with gastrointestinal disorders, substance abuse, women’s health/hormonal concerns, and eating disorders.
As someone living in a larger body with a late diagnosis of PCOS, I know how frustrating it is to be overlooked, not believed, or set aside – which is why I take my role of listening, validating, and supporting so seriously.
Hi, I’m Hannah, and I’m a certified Outside Cat™.
She/they | RDN, CD
If I’m not outside, it’s because the weather wasn’t conducive to biking + backpacking (or because I had a cute candle to make, a puzzle to do, or a Bob’s Burgers episode calling my name).
When it comes to nutrition, I’m passionate about helping people think more critically about diet culture and all the nonsense it sells us. I can confidently assure you that eating enough is one of THE best things you can possibly do for yourself (and whether that felt freeing to hear or freaked you out, I’m here for it)
In case it wasn’t clear:
At Fork Diet Culture, we pair real nutrition science with real-life context.
Our mission is to offer care that’s trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and rooted in respect, so you can quiet the food noise, feel more at home in your body, and have the energy and freedom to actually live your damn life free of all the “shoulds.”
Quite literally ANYONE can call themselves a nutritionist, for better or for worse (JK, we know it’s always “for worse”) – so let us assure you that our ENTIRE team of eating disorder dietitians is fully credentialed, licensed, pro-science, anti-bullshit, and 100% here for you.
There are two ways to work with our team of eating disorder dietitians:
The Virtual Community
A $9/month safe space with exclusive content + people who get it (think: whatever the opposite of ~HealthTok~ is).
Online Nutrition Counseling
One-on-one, bullshit-free nutrition support that respects the hell out of your body, preferences, and lived experiences.
